Introduction

I am a qualified coach able to teach fly casting. I can teach all abilities from absolute beginners breaking into the sport through to more experienced anglers wanting to iron out existing problems, refine their skills or master casting techniques such as roll casting, the use of hauling and double hauling casting to improve fishing in windy conditions and presentation casts. 

Any problems that you have can be corrected!

I can offer advise and guidance on the correct tackle required for whatever type of fly fishing you want to do.
    
If you are interested in learning the art of fly tying I can teach you how to tie your own salmon, trout and grayling flies.

Instruction is available on a one to one basis, or as a group; don't worry if you haven't got any equipment, this can be provided for you. Everything will be done to make you stay as enjoyable as possible.

Tuition and coaching can be provided here in Caersws or at a place of your choice*. I am the resident coach at Onnivale Trout Fishery, Minsterly also a fly casting instructor and river guide for the Wye & Usk Foundation and Mid Wales Shooting Ground.
